Faisal, The folks here are not doctors and are experts only in an amateur sense. A teenage female with such excessive hair loss as you describe should see a doctor as soon as possible.

Argan oils are rich in vitamin E, which is an excellent antioxidant. The antioxidant protects the hair from free radicals and prevents any kind of damage by the environment. Many cosmetic chemical treatments like hair color, perming and straightening processes damage the hair and its structure. Argan oil has wonderful properties to prevent this kind of damage from cosmetic procedures on the hair. It can protect the hair against aggressive factors and helps in maintaining healthy and strong hair.

Signs of thinning hair are really the first signals of such conditions as hormonal imbalance, vitamin deficiency, excessive stress or poor nutrition, all symptoms of declining health status.Your hair loss may be caused by vitamin D deficiency.

Yeah, even I would suggest let her visit to the doctor as soon as possible. As it’s not the right age to get a hair fall problem.

I think it would be better to take advice of a doctor who is specialist in hair loss. Hair loss sometimes may be temporary that is associated with anemia, hypothyroidism, long illness etc. Her age is very little to face the problem. Avoid making tight hair styles of cornrows, braids and ponytail. These types of hairstyle also create hair loss.

I'm 24 and I have the same hair loss issue. My hair were really nice and thick a couple of years ago but now they are so thin and lifeless. I've been to a herbalist before but I think I should visit a hair specialist now who can recommend me some supplements for my hair. My neighbour says mixing vitamin E in your daily oil would help make your hair healthy. She usually just pricks a vitamin E tablet and empties the contents into her oil. I guess one tablet would do.

Hair loss in women can occur after pregnancy and leave them to lose large volumes of hair. Some may take place due to thyroid and other due to stress and unhealthy diets.
