I want to loss weight :)
Hello everyone i have over weight problem .i tried many exercise but i got not positive result. i am looking for good diet plant for loss weight so if you have any suggestion regarding diet then share with me. thanx

Do regular morning exercise and do evening walk.
Avoid fried food and take fresh juice in place of it.
Avoid dinner or take light dinner.
Keep the gap of atleast 2 hours of having breakfast after awaking up.

There are many loss weight fast diets on internet you can find out and they are promising the best results in the quickest amount of time. Many of these diets, however, are not healthy and over promise what they actually deliver.

You should start with orlistat 120 mg once a daily along with following tips:
Be honest about your daily calorie allowance.
Drink plenty of water.
Consume healthy balanced diet.
Do regular exercise.
Prepare your diet chart properly.

cut the window of the day where you can eat. All diets require some degree of discipline.
