I like the fresh once better but if one needs to pack light this is a good idea.

I also like it fresh but it's good to have one in powder when travelling. Less the baggage weight. ;)

I also like it and has great taste.It is the excellent source of electrolytes and helps to improve poor circulation.
Helps to balance PH levels and low in carbohydrates,sugar and fat.

I think the fresh ones will taste much much better than the replacement of powder I cant even think about trying it

No doubt about powdered coconut water. Its really effective for our health. It has awesome taste. I regularly take it after my exercise and really it gives me much pleasure all day long. Thanks
