Wich LLLT Helmet to buy in 2012 ?

Hi, I'm from France, and I just realised that there are some actually pretty interesting LLLT Helmets you can buy on the internet, with the good 650nm 5mW 100+ diods, such as:

-Laser Cap, from the US 224 diods for 3000$
-Derma Optics Laser Cap, from China 264 diods for 1000$
-Oaze Beam Helmet, from Korea 69 diods, but only 27 true lase diods for 700$

I would like to have the experts advice on wich one to choose if you're a 30 ya caucasian male who is willing to take the thing seriously (seriously enough to spend that amount of money!! I'm also prepared to ware it 3 time per week, 20mn, OMG style.)
