Post HT laser protocol

Is there any consensus on which post HT laser protocol is most beneficial?
I remember OMG had a protocol in which several 5 minute treatments a day was used, I also remember he thnks he could have used it more often/for longer period of times. I cant find his post.. Is he all gone anyway? Please share your experiences! Cheers
