What do lasers most commonly do (assuming correct wattage and proper protocol)?
1) maintain and thicken existing good hairs
2) stimulate miniaturing hairs (intermediate and velllus) to grow longer and thicker
3) regrow hairs that have been noticeably absent for < 30 months
I'd be super happy with just 1 and/or 2. Also I'm not clear on what regrowth is...is it just 3 or both 2 and 3?

I have noticed at least 1 and 2 on my scalp. Still have some vellus hairs that need a bit more time though. Number 3 would be hard to differentiate but may be possible.

I think I'm starting to notice some previously single hairs becoming 2 hairs from the same shaft in a number of locations (along hairline)....only time will tell
