Should I lower my treatment time? I think my diodes might be running a tad hot and the helmet is only a month old built by omg.

People who have that sunburn feeling instead of an underlying soreness seem to be having terrible times around month 3-4, my friend.
I'd probably lower my treatment time to 15 minutes, 3 times a week.

I would reduce further.........12/13 mins twice a week until further information becomes available. It is better to be using a slightly under performing laser than one which will ruin the hair you have got.

If your diodes are hot to touch then they are running too hot. It is ok if they are warm but not hot. If they are running too hot maybe contact OMG.
