I thought would be interesting to gather information on what everybody`s pre-laser regime is, just to compare notes.

This is mine:

bentonite clay mixed with water / leave on for 40 minutes.

wash hair with Giovanni tea tree triple treat shampoo (non SLS)

use lemon juice and olive oil on moist or wet scalp.

then use LLLT OMG helmet 415 diodes monday / wednesday / friday 20 minutes.

I also have been using magnesium chloride several times daily, spraying under armpits.

im playing about with a few things, going to try scalpure soon in place of the bentonite clay and some diffirent shampoos. Have also tried emu oil and ethyl alcohol as a pre-laser topical. Also been playing around with exposure times, sometimes 12 minutes for two days running, then one rest day, but am going to go back to 20 minutes 3x week now.

That looks good robster. I am currently using scalpure before lasering and I like it alot. Are you getting soreness from lasering?
