Trying to contact OMG to get a laser helmet

Post by alexhair » Mon Jul 27, 2009 8:32 am

Hey guys, I was wondering how to get in touch with OMG, I was looking at his website and I want to get one of his lasermessiah helmets. I have been fighting hairloss now for 5 and a half years now… I emailed him twice at lasermessiah@lasermessiah.com about some questions and how to get one, but I haven’t heard back. I don’t want to annoy him, cause he seems to be a really cool guy. Should I email him again? Or should I try to contact him somewhere else, or should I wait until he gets to my email, it has been like a week. He is probably a busy guy and I don’t want to p*ss him off.

Hey, man!

I'm sorry... I haven't answered email in a timely manner. I *will* get to it today. I'm really sorry about that... I've had supply issues, personal issues, and I've fallen off of the face of the planet a bit. but I'm getting back in the swing.

I'll get back to you today, and you can PM me for my cell!

Hey O.M.G, I sent you another PM a while ago, but still no word! I'm interesting in buying, but i have I question that I wanted to ask that I forgot to before.

The helmets you make do not cover the sides of the head do they? Above the ear to the temple/side burn area? Thanks!

Hey, man... I'm sorry, I though I had EVERYONE taken care of! I actually have an inbox with ZERO emails in it for the first time in weeks!

Ok, I just answered you, and so everyone else can know this... if you are going to travel A LOT -especially by airplane- then, even though this is the BEST solution for LLLT, it's not got for travelling, and it can't be the only solution for you. You need something more portable, and you have to decide whether you want strickly a smaller, less effective device, or BOTH. One day I'm going to make a portable device that is so simple (and ugly) I probably wouldn't even charge more than cost (at least for the helmet customers, but probably for everyone, too). Yeah, it'd be fairly effective on it's own -but not anything close to a full blown helmet.

I have to wait a few more weeks at the earliest, though, before I can start! I think it is probably something I should make, though. When I'm recovering from surgery next week (non-hairloss related), I'm going to think really hard about it! I can also just TELL YOU how to make it, too, if anyone wants to know. Foam, brush bristles, and some sort of elastic strap sewn on the sides.

I didn't get the PM at all! I got the email though from yesterday morning, though, and I'll get to it tonight! I've been on top of my email this past week. The only day I didn't answer them was yesterday. \:D/
