This are my results of LLLT
The story: I started in January with building a device of 260 laser diodes. Firstly I used it together with minoxidil but dropped it in April due to comfort and the discussion that minoxidil and LLLT don't work together. A shed followed. I rebuilt my device, it is quite small and just covers my bald spot. Then I continued. My April and January pictures I lost due to computer problems.
The pictures: Every 2 month. The complete head and theright temple enlarged.
My conclusion:
Complete head: August --> October
![Sad :(](./images/smilies/sad.gif)
October --> December
Right temple: August --> October
![Confused :?](./images/smilies/confused.gif)
October --> December

Looks like that was quite a shed you hit! Since you got off Minox it is hard to say if the lasers induced a shed or you simply were experiencing a Minox withdrawl shed. Looks like you are getting closer to your Aug hair which is great! I hope you make it back all the way. I also shed at 4 months (Aug for me) but I have not got those hairs back yet unfortunately.
What are you usage times? Have you adjusted them? What kind of lasers are you using?
Thanks
DW

jksl,
my regimen:
daily: 400mg magnesium, 10mg alpha-TE (i.e. vitamin E)
weekly: clay application of 20 minutes before lasering (i.e. every 3rd time)
shampoo: cheap coffein shampoo which I brush into my hair
nothing else.

Dr. Watt,
I was disappointed in October. Now I feel better. Good thing is, my hair now withstands my pull tests, implicating it grows longer. Will see how/if it continues to improve. I chose this harsh flash light fotography to have stable conditions. There are more vellus hairs on my bald spots, but not visible with my camera.
I use laser diodes from digilink DLC-165-05-5T5 with own simple current control. 650nm, 4-5mW (not measured), constant power.
Good luck to you.

Hermann, I am using the AIXIZ lasers from OMG. They are also 650n, and the same output power I believe. Why did you do with the digilink? I am wondering if the variability many of us have seen may be related to the types of lasers used.
BTW, great job on your photos. Most folks who post don't have the consistency you did in your photos allowing a real discussion on the results. They either get the lighting or the angle wrong making it impossible to compare. Yours are spot on and allow the differences to jump out. I hope you see steady progress in your next posting.
