natural anti-estrogens
After getting some gyno from finasteride, I have been researching a little bit online about anti-estrogens more specifically natural anti-estrogens. What I came across just seems wierd to me. Stuff like saw palmetto and flax lignans are reported on some sites to be anti-estrogens. Jacob, Sam, anyone have any insight on this?

Chrysin is mentioned.
At Lipoxidil you'll see Sophora Flavescens mentioned..in the Genistil products.

When I say Gyno I mean gynecomastia which is male breast growth. After like four years of taking finasteride I started to experience breast pain and my breast size increased. I am not sure about Chrysin, I haven't looked into that yet, but I have been using DIM which is a natural anti-estrogen but I have not seen any results from it.
If the sides of finasteride are really concerning you then you should look into a topical regimen that inhibits DHT. A popular one that I have heard about is Spiro 5% cream along with Revivogen.
