We have now added sections for specific treatments.

Two new categories have been added:

1. Approved Treatments and Products

This category is for discussions on treatments and products currently approved by the F.D.A. for hair loss. Sadly there are only two such products at this time: Minoxidil and Propecia.

This section includes the following forums:

General Approved Treatments and Products Discussions
Minoxidil 2% and 5%
Propecia

The second Category:

2. Experimental and/or Alternative Treatments and Products

This category is for discussions of any products that are not either Minoxidil or Propecia. Please note however that many of the products in this category contain Minoxidil, but are either a high-dosage or combined with other ingredients, or in an alternative delivery vehicle, etc. You can also discuss products and treatments that have Finasteride (the active ingredient of Propecia) and other products and treatments that have at least some sound science behind them here.
