If you dread trips to the barbershop and cringe every time you pass a mirror, there’s a pretty good chance you’re concerned about hair loss. Whether you’re starting to see strands of your hair at the bottom of your shower or are just worried that your thick head of hair won’t last forever, there are helpful foods that prevent hair loss. You may be, however, genetically predisposed to hair loss, and if that’s the case, there’s not much you can do but keep your fingers crossed. Making sure certain foods are in your diet will help keep your scalp healthy, happy and, hopefully, hairy. Here are some foods that prevent hair loss, which means you need to stock up.

Re: How to prevent hair loss
Hello!
Well, hair on the pillow is not necesarily the sign of hair loss. Sometimes it happens due to the seasonal changes in your body. Just watch, if it is shedding to much or for a long period of time, than it is the subject of worry.
As about the prevention, I agree with the above replies that healthy lifestyle: healthy eating, exercising, play a great role on our hair.
Would like to add that it is also important how you take care of your hair: washing (regular washing, wash it in warm water, avoid over shampooing, use the shampoo according to the type of your hair ), drying (do not comb your hair while it is wet, do not rub wet hair with a towel, blow drying), styling (choose the chemicals according to your hair type, choose something herbal).
These are some tips that prevent hair from thinning. Hope it is helpful.

You don't need to worry as such. Hair fall is quite common among all. Its just that you need to be a little patient towards the condition. Take good diet and good care of your strands. Don't do anything that can lead to losing hair. Massage regularly and you will find a considerable difference in the condition.
