24yr female hairloss help!

Post by Alicia1026 » Fri Jul 26, 2013 5:50 pm

I'm 24 and losing my hair :( it's getting so bad that I can now see through it. I used to have such a full head of thick hair until I had my daughter. My hair loss started almost immediately after she was born and has continued to fall out. The doctors told me that it was normal for new mothers to suffer some hair loss but 3yrs later!!! Any suggestions? Anything at all would be helpful I'm scared I'm going to completely go bald

Avoid applying heat on hair from straighteners, curlers , This damages the hair follicle and makes it brittle. Once hair is damaged, there is no way to fix it.
Sometimes hair loss is also due to dandruff. Visit a doctor or a trichologist and seek medical guidance. It is normal to experience initial hair shedding after using Rogaine. This is a sign that the product is working. You can cut, colour and style human hair extensions like real hair.

This is one of the common reasons behind the hair loss problems in women after the pregnancy, because women has suffered from the hormonal changes due to lack of proper nutrition during the pregnancy periods.

Do an overhaul on your diet, try cutting out animal products.
