Anyone have any good stress formulas they've come across or have even used? Stress is a killer..doesn't help hair either, as you know.

agree on the stress impact. as a professional in the integrative health field, it is amazing how many people do not understand the impact of the inflammatory proteins on the body - hormonal imbalance, adrenal function, chronic fatigue, even fibrosis in tissue (e.g., scalp). There is a compliment of supplements to help abate the symptoms, however the permanent solution often requires an array of changes in diet, lifestyle and supplements to bridge the gap where foods fall short.
