I think I've used just about every product available! I have learned my lesson regarding cheaper products. Sometimes you have to dig a little deeper into your pocket to find the correct solution for you.
What about you?

Agree. people may react differently to the same products. Also there are many reasons for hair loss. So there might be some products that work for him while others not. Also, people may react even differently to the delivery solvent used. for instance, some people are allergic to PG, while others not. I prefer product without PG and less alcohol. Recently, I ordered one from Amazon called TriBoost for men. According to the description, there is no PG and low alcohol content. It is on the way to arrive and I will share more once I start to use it.

Natural product according to me,I use olive oil and sometimes coconut oil both are very good for hair according to the weather.
Massage your scalp with it for about 8/10 minutes that will help you in getting thick hair back.
