Fish oil pills for hair health ?

hi guys ... i wanna know that fish oil pills really for hair growth ? i have read that it is good for hair health . Does someone has any experience with fish oil pills ? i will really appreciate it of someone helps me . Thanks

I like you interested in natural remedies but i never heard about fish oil stopping hair loss but i know that it helps a lot if you have an itchy scalp. a friend of mine tried it and worked!

Nothing proven..just good for overall health if nothing else. Krill oil and plant-based oils as well.

I tried fish oil pills a few years ago, it doesn't work. If you suffer from alopecia, there is nothing you can do unless finasteride and/or hair transplant.

I have never tried fish oil pills but i heard that it has numerous health benefits. But it can't stop hair falling.

I took krill oil for years...then just started taking fish or krill oil(good ones) that were on sale. My body seems to prefer plant/seed oils though..such as those by Immuno-Viva...cranberry seed oil....and the latest- Echium/algae and echium/chia combos.

Fish oil is good for hair health, indeed, but it's not going to make your hair grow. For example, if you take fish oil in hopes of making hair grow in your bald spots, that's never going to happen. What fish oil does is it helps maintain your hair's health (sheen, elasticity, etc). It's also good for the skin, the joints, the brain, etc. Some people even take fish oil to help manage their mood (I'm not sure if it really works, because I just read this online). When it comes down to it, as most people have already stated in this thread, fish oil is good for your overall health. It's got Omega 3, which is good for the heart. You can't be wrong with fish oil, so just take it anyway. I do, my entire family does.
