Where to buy Generic Dutasteride as a Canadian?

I have noticed going to a few of the online pharmacies, that they do not ship to Canada (must be the laws on pharm. products). Has anyone found a way to do this? Any Canadian hair loss sufferers that have success? I don't want to go through my doctor, because quite frankly, he just won't prescribe it. I have been using Propecia for the last 10 years and notice it effectiveness is wearing off. Iwas thinking of supplementing .5 every few days and see what that does, but first I need to buy it!
