I just thought of it today, that topical i forget who the company was but alot of people signed up for this free topical and when it came time they pushed it back a few months, then a few more now I think its been a year and a half now.

Lack of funding makes no sense. I told them from the beginning to just have Elsom or _________ make the blasted topical to see if it would even work, since they claimed they were just going to do a "trial" before marketing it to the general public. Instead they bought all the equipment to make things themselves..etc.

They still could do what I suggested. Unless they did have a "trial" behind the scenes..and...
