I can't speak for any specific device at all but LLLT has a strong following and certainly does have its benefits however I do believe you should avoid purchasing costly commercial devices such as hairmax and Leimo (this one is the worst as its not even a laser device but an LED) perhaps making your own Laser device is the better option, there is a specific section for LLLT that you can look at and learn a few things from and maybe bump into OMG and his website. http://www.overmachogrande.com/
here is a nice video from OMG

Re: My wife gound soemthing new about hair loss
One of the most popular topics at this year's hair conference run by the International Society of Hair Restoration was the use of laser combs to promote hair growth. Michael R. Hamblin, PhD, associate professor of dermatology at Harvard Medical School in Boston, and principal investigator at the Wellman Center for Photomedicine, Massachusetts General Hospital, spoke on "The Mechanism of Action of Low Level Light Therapy." Dr. Hamblin’s research interests are now broadly in the area of phototherapy for multiple diseases. One focus is the study of new photosensitizers for infections, cancer and heart disease. A second focus is low-level light therapy (LLLT) for wound healing, arthritis, traumatic brain injury and hair regrowth.
According to his research there are quantitative benefits of laser hair treatments. After several clinical trials results show visual improvements in patients who use low level laser light.
If you'd like more information about the fda approval you can download a pdf here http://www.accessdata.fda.gov/cdrh_docs ... 093499.pdf. There is also more information provided on my website as well http://www.hairsurgical.com

It's ok...here...has been for some time. As long as they're up front about who they are etc..companies are allowed to post their stuff here.

Yah, this one seems a little backhanded though. He's replying about them as if he's an expert willing to help but really he's just trying to sell his product.

well not saying he should be kicked, cos at least he was honest, but if he spent any time here , he would know that noones interested in pathetic laser combs, im not saying 300 diodes is necessary, but certainly 1 hundred is the norm these days. hairmax and leimo r just a joke.
