How much hair do u shed daily

Ok i know that people always say dont count the hairs you drop, but those that are on your scalp. However, just the recent 2 weeks i found my shedding increased. i do not know if its the stuff im applying or taking is kicking in. I couldnt help but feel stressed about this. Moreover, its hard to determine if its becoming worse for a diffuse thinner. Therefore would like to do a poll on the amount of hair (visible or rough estimate) shedded daily. thanks

The last 3 weeks im loosing like almost nothing. I think the ketoconazol shampoo I am using is starting to work (after almost 6 months). Before this I was shedding like 40 - 80 hairs a day while styling or washing my hair. The last 3 weeks I am shedding like 2 - 5 hairs while styling or washing my hair, my hairs are stronger and better to comb and definately looks fuller. I was scared my last haircut would be a worse one, but it wasnt. I was suprised that I have fuller hair now. Can it be that this shampoo also will give me some regrowth?
