aubrey's ginseng biotin mens stock.

Aqua, coco glucoside (coconut oil/corn), sodium cocoyl hydrolyzed soy† protein, Oryza sativa (rice) starch*, glycerin, xanathan gum, hydrolyzed sweet almond protein, Simmondsia chinensis (jojoba) oil*, Panax ginseng (ginseng) extract, Equisetum arvense (horsetail) extract, Urtica dioica (nettle) extract, Tussilago farfara (coltsfoot) extract, panthenol, inositol, Rosemarinus officinalis (rosemary) oil*, Mentha piperita (peppermint) oil*, Citrus grandis (grapefruit) seed extract, alcohol denat., tocopheryl acetate (Vitamin E), Hamamelis virginiana (witch hazel) extract, ascorbic acid (vitamin C), Glycine soja (soybean) oil, Daucus carota sativa (carrot) root extract, beta-carotene, biotin, Polygonum multiflorum (he shou wu) extract.

*Organic

dont get it confused with mens stock biotin ginseng repair which is different. its good im sure, but its 6$ extra a bottle, this one is only 8$

best one ive used so far. i also use nizoral 2 % once a week to keep my seborraic dermititis at bay!

some say lamas is good also.

The shampoo listed above looks good - perhaps you can alternate it with a tea tree shampoo.

Since you're looking for cheap and plan to use a lot..you may want to check your local natural health store/co-op. You should be able to find some good ones in gallon containers..or smaller if that's too much.

I use this currently (mixed in with Ginseng shampoo):

http://www.iherb.com/Avalon-Organics-Bi ... /3477?at=0

I don't know how it compares to the Aubrey Organics, does anyone know? It has lots of ingredients that SHOULD be good for hair such as B Vitamins, Saw Palmetto, Rosemary and Biotin to new a few.
