Hi all
I am a NW3-4, diffuse thinner. In the past I have used Promox and Propecia, but dropped it all due to some sides. I also wanted a more natural regiment but that also packs a punch. My routine so far...
Shampoo
Nizoral alternating with Nano shampoo. Will replace Nano shampoo with Nioxin as its easier to order
Evenings
Dermaroller and then Regenscalp straightafter
Day topical
Nanogaine, but am thinking of dropping this as I've not seen any growth.
I have tried one course of A&G, its slowed down the loss, but not sure if it's done much else.
Internals
Curcumin
Krill Oil
Emerald Balance
Maca
Vitamin B
Tried Fin and did'nt like the effects. Tried saw palmetto years ago but don't know if it actually did anything
So I want to replace my daytime topical, and am thinking of considering Spectral DNC-L or Nanominox FMS. My concerns are the following:
(1) Puffy face due to Minox. How can I get around this / which Minox is best to counter this?
(2) Must dry quickly, do not want my head to look like an oil slick!
I'd like to hear from people who have used DNC-L or NanoMinox FMS. Did you get sides, and how effective was it?
Thanks
New daytime topical... What do I choose?

Would it help to say I need a bit of everything? I'm primarily a diffuse thinner, but I have a bald spot now too... Hope that helps

Im sure others will have their views also to share.
MY own logic tells my that Dr Y has it spot on , meaning :
It makes sense to use a very POTENT topical to slow hairloss and encourage growth initially and use this exclusively for a period of time ie 1 month or so and then you can start to add other topicals to compliment the more potent topical.
It makes sense to use a lotion on temples / bald spot - however you could probably use it across the whole scalp depending on the consistency. A Topical spray would help coverage in thinning areas.
