Guiddance needed for success!

Post by Awaiting Regrowth » Sun Aug 16, 2009 11:01 am

Hi all

Please can you help me save my thinning barnet?

Briefly...(some should take note!)

I have been thinning for about 3 years. My hair has receeded about an inch and my hairline is fast disasppearing. I can now see my scalp through my hair and this has gotten quite rapidly worse over the last 2 months.

I have tried propecia about 1 year ago - 2 months in serious sides caused me to stop.

Tried Provillus, probably the best I have done really but again sides.

Now I am using Apecin shampoo and liquid and lasering 3 times a week with a 300 diode OMG helmet. Also magnesium and vitamins. I have been using this for the past 2 months and the shed continues.

Can anyone recommend anything that has ACTUALLY worked for them personally.

I am considering Nourkrin for men? any thoughts?

Kind regards.

Lamas' new topical...Elsom Research has a bunch...Dermaheal....lasers...etc. Use something that interests you, and keep with it for 6+ months. I've had good luck with Elsom's..and just recently added Lamas'..but no matter what one says works for them..does not mean it'll work for you.

Could be that you are shedding because you are in between things. I know when I stopped minox and fin I continued to shed even with using lasers. Took awhile for everything to even out. Hang in there. Like Jacob said you will want to wait at least 6 months and ideally 12 for lasers.

AR,

Work from the inside out. Establish a solid internal regimen, after which a topical or Star Wars helmet might be able to assist in some thickening. See my regimen below.

The best to you,
TN
The Natural Internal Regimen:

curcumin
resveratrol
vitamin D (3)
vitamin E (tocotrienols)
vitamin C
magnesium citrate
MSM

If you have only been thinning for 3 years you could try the following regime:

1) Epilobium to reduce DHT/Estradiol
2) Elsoms Terminal 1 and 2
3) Botanical blend topical
4) Piroctone Olamine Shampoo
5) Laser / infrared device

Plus I forgot to mention that it could take awhile to see results with lasers. Some respond quicker than others. Unfortunately it took me a good 10 months to settle out and start the upward process.
