Can I shampoo twice a day?

Hi Guys,
Before the days of combatting hairloss I shampood once a day but with 2 rinses usually in the morning as it makes it easier to comb my hair.

Nowadays since fighting hairloss, I shampoo twice a day but only ONE RINSE each time. I shampoo in the morning to wash all the hairloss products/oil residue and also so its easier to style (and apply the minox).

Furthermore, I live overseas in a tropical country. You sweat alot every day. So then at night before my second topical application, I really have to shampoo again to wash all the dust and dirt and sweat off. Psychologically I feel much better to apply minox on a clean scalp.

What do you guys think? Is this OK since its only one rinse each time?

There are quite a few days in the winter when I only shampoo once but the majority of the time I'm shampoo'n twice a day..and have been for years. I use only natural shampoo's and rotate them.
