Has anyone tried this on their scalp? magnesium hydroxide?

I know people with seb derm and psoriasis use this topically. Some people at acne.org use it topically to dramatically reduce oil production in the skin. This is one way of getting magnesium into the skin right? MOM is supposed to be really gentle and hydrating to the skin as well.

Wanted to know if any of you guys tried it (on the scalp) and what the benefits and detriments were to using it.
