What about taking something internally for inflammation? Two things I take that *may* help there are krill oil(many take fish oil) and Glisodin.

I would say Inflamil since I've never read such positive feedback on the others you mentioned- for inflammation. Inflamil also doesn't have to be used daily after the first week or so.

Hi Eliazush..welcome to the forum. I've used and use their products but not the ones you mentioned...I'm going the more "natural" route. The one product of theirs I still use is Genistil-R. If you're asking for topicals.....I think there are plenty out there that could do the trick. I personally won't use anything unless it's liposomal/nanosomal-based.. so I use Elsom Research and Lipoxidil products.

A healthy diet..exercise...rotate good, mild shampoos....would also help imo.
