Why do some lose hair gradually while others do so very quickly?

I'd like to get a discussion going on why there is such a variance in the speed and degree of hair loss in individuals. If I had to categorize broadly, I would say there are basically 4 different combos when it comes to pattern hair loss: (1) Those who start to lose their hair early in life and prog...

I just read through the thread again and realized I made a mistake. It's not IGF-1 but TFG-b1. Two totally different things. However, I still think you are covering your bases by making sure to address DHT as well if you plan on using A&G. I am not convinced that the product will halt hair loss comp...

Potential that using finasteride w/ A&G may be a good combo (if A&G works).

Reading the A&G thread what has tweaked my interest considerably is that its stated mode of operation is different from what most treatments have focused on in the past decade or so: namely preventing/fighting/eliminating the impacts of DHT and other androgens on sensitive hair follicles and/or stim...

Hey hotdillon,

I'm taking 1.25mg finasteride once every other day, and I use the lasercomb occasionally (although given what I've learned from OverMachoGrande, the lasercomb isn't really powerful). I'm planning on making a laser helmet one of these days when I have the time.
