A theory that been going around. Excessively high iron levels in full grown males maybe a main cause of hair loss.

Brewers yeast is good stuff and a better alternative to B complex vitamins.

Not to mention it should be a must in any hair loss fight.

I'm not even sure how effective arginine would be topically. Maybe being nanosome it will be effective. An since its topical it may avoid the effects that can happen internally digested.

They don't contradict. Hes making a suggestion to buy two batches. Thats 10 vials. So you use them consecutively. One for every other day until you are out. However, if you are weeks in after you took the first batch then wait a few months before starting the 2nd round. No contradiction. But it coul...

Its not gonna do much by itself if you want to fight hair loss. However, it is beneficial to your hair and is a nice compliment to any regimen. So if you want to fight hair loss then add it to the regimen and you will see benefits.

I would advised getting off Duter. The only way you should take that is if it has tremendously helped you. Or if you been on it for 5-6 years. Other than that I would recommend getting off the poison and on to something thats a little healthier. Like Beta Sisterol or PM.

How much biotin are you getting in the B complex? At least 5 milligrams? 5 milligrams? No, far from it. Inside is 100% RDA which is 0.15mg or 150ug. This seems rather low from what you say, but I do get biotin from food too, such as tomatoes and walnuts. Where did you come up with this magic number...
