Use a conditioner if you feel it helps but perhaps not daily.
When your is hair is drying out and starting to become limp - its a sign that you may need to use topical to re-energise cell production.

If your scalp is being dried out - it suggests that the ingredients maybe too harsh or just may need to have some breaks.
Condtioners may block the follicle more than it is so I personally woundnt use one.

I think there are several modes of action why fenugreek may help one of which is improving cholesterol levels.

1) reduced stress levels

I think youve done really well with so many updates in the topical route.
I have my own ideas as to what what the buzz will be in the future ie "regeneration" - it would be neat for me and anyone else on the board to discuss them with someone whose in the field.

It would be great to get Dr Yechiel on the board to answer some questions as he has done another site. Topical wise there hasnt been much progress on the market except for the Terminal 1 & 2. It would interesting to know what Dr Y thinks the future holds for topicals.

I really have lost interest in this. They should have tested the 1mg initially before selling the stuff. Think about its active ingredient :
1) it boost Nitric oxide
2) dilates bloodvessels
Minoxidil doesnt seem to regenerate the damage caused in MPB - this is what is missing.

I would rotate Topicals rather than using one exlusively. I came across Regenerator X a while back. When you look at the ingredients its pretty simplictic and basic which is the reason why I like it.
