Use a conditioner if you feel it helps but perhaps not daily.

When your is hair is drying out and starting to become limp - its a sign that you may need to use topical to re-energise cell production.

If your scalp is being dried out - it suggests that the ingredients maybe too harsh or just may need to have some breaks.

Condtioners may block the follicle more than it is so I personally woundnt use one.

I think there are several modes of action why fenugreek may help one of which is improving cholesterol levels.

The Folligro oral Biospray contain Beta Sitosterol in a liposomal base so on paper may be a good product!

Your using pretty abstract words so im not sure what you mean.

Internally you should aim to reduce DHT via :

1) reduced stress levels
2) reduce DHT
3) reduce saturated fats and sugars

I think youve done really well with so many updates in the topical route.

I really have lost interest in this. They should have tested the 1mg initially before selling the stuff. I would be tempted to try an alternative like Thymuskin if you interested in this line of thinking. I'm now more interested in finding out more about what can "regenerate" the damage done in hair...

Think about its active ingredient :

1) it boost Nitric oxide
2) dilates bloodvessels

Minoxidil doesnt seem to regenerate the damage caused in MPB - this is what is missing.

With alopecia areata - hair often grows back.

The best ones of come across on paper seem to be Lamas and Elsoms T1 for general hair coverage and perhaps Regen X for temples /hairline/baldspot. I would rotate Topicals rather than using one exlusively. I came across Regenerator X a while back. When you look at the ingredients its pretty simplictic and basic which is the reason why I like it. The key is to balance your hormones - reduce DHT and Estradiol together which should help to keep yout T levels at good levels.
