I am doing only Leonor Greyl on my hair currently.

The taste of the pills is awful if it get stuck in my mouth!

I am not a fan of shakes:< but that's an interesting way to rev up protein intake for bodybuilders with added benefits for the hair..

Hi Jacob, I have tried one box of the new Viviscal Extra Strength and it has done my hair a great amount of good. I really have noticed accelerated hair growth. I need to continue the treatment to see other measurable effects.

It is composed of apple stem cell just like Peter Lamas and Phytolium 4 except that it has added ceramides in it.

I don't know the exact compo yet though.

If you looking for incredible shine and hydrating and repairing damaged hair, I would say go for the Quintessence mask.

@Fizzball, yes I tried all of the Valmont Hair Repair range and they are just as great as their skin care. I am still using the Valmont Hair Repair oil, Mask, shampoo and serum.

I did a 10 week cure with the Valmont Hair loss serum and it did slow down my hair loss and I noticed regrowth too.
