OMG, hope you had a great thanksgiving with beer and turkey, friends, fam.
How is the helmet coming along? I am getting tired of using this hairmax lasercomb since I use it for over an hour every session.
I hope you are going to make another site for the helmet like you did with the cat toy?

Re: Help Morphollica.com choose ingredients for natural product
You have a very good point Jacob, it seems next to impossible to find all possible interactions of these ingredients.

Re: Help Morphollica.com choose ingredients for natural product
I think that when combining a number of ingredients into one product, possible interactions are important to consider. I believe that product with fewer high quality ingredients will be better than one packed with as many good sounding ingredients as possible. That new hair loss shampoo Revita is an...

Re: X5 Hair Laser
OMG.. are you using the lasercat toy on one area of you scalp for an extended period of time? If so, would this be helpful http://www.avistarentals.com/images/equipment/1153959503.jpg ? With a mic stand you can maneuver it around to any height/distance on your head. This way you could just place the...

OverMachoGrande... happy to see you here!
Using a laser isn't exactly a fun thing to do but I one handedly surf the web when I am using mine, makes the time go by faster. Or you could read a book.

I am also curious as to what your diet is like. I don't know what types of carbs to avoid. I scalp has been feeling sore as of late and I think it is because of my crappy diet.

The more I learn and live with MPB, the more I realize that lifestyle factors and level of health play an important role in controlling it. This article/study reinforced this assumption. Re: Folliculitis :/
So it seems that the accutane aggravated the hair loss but the hair loss really slowed down after you stopped accutane. Are you using anything to try to regrow your lost hair? There is an inflammatory aspect to MPB, the folliculitis may be related to this (just a hypothesis). Is the folliculitis pai...

Re: Folliculitis :/
Hmmm, seems like a perplexing situation...so your hair thinned out after the accutane usage.....
how many years ago was that?
has your hair continued to thin these past years?
has a doctor/dermatologist told you that you have male pattern baldness?

Re: Folliculitis :/
You can find fairly cheap ones online that are similar to the more expensive ones... you will find some people saying "they are a scam, they are not proven" and then you will find people who have gotten results from them. I am confused... do you have male pattern baldness or just hair loss from accu...

Re: Folliculitis :/
Are you on a hair loss regimen? I used to have problems with folliculitis but it was due to using topical hair loss treatments... If you are using a topical such as minoxidil (Rogaine), you may want to stop for a while to see if it helps your situation. Diet definitely has a part in this.... I also ...

Re: Starting Propecia, should I drop Minox?
Shedding is normal in the early months of hair loss treatment. For some it lasts for several months and some it lasts just a couple. The hair then comes in thicker than before. You have to wait it out for at least a year before evaluating the effectiveness of the treatment on yourself. The early par...

Mr. Smith, You should also look into topical DHT inhibitors such as spiro? Since, you seem to have aggressive hair loss I would act aggressive to treat it (without going crazy of course). In terms of hair transplants, 1500 grafts is actually a somewhat small amount. Usually a number like that would ...

Re: I updated my blog
Yeah I mean it is a pain in the butt to have to sit there and hold the laser to your head but I usually surf the web with the other hand, so it isn't so bad, ha. A helmet would be great though. I stopped using my lasercomb for awhile simply because I got lazy with it, but I started up again a few mo...

I wouldn't mind receiving a free sample of this stuff to see how if it improves the look of my hair.
Maybe I didn't look hard enough, but did you see an ingredients list on their web page?
Is this the stuff that has spiro in it?

Yeah, I remember that shampoo.. I almost tried it myself. I don't even know if they still carry the stuff, they took down some of the products that they used to sell because the FDA told them it was illegal or something. It is interesting though that you dad likes the shampoo...did he say that he sa...

How is your existing non-transplanted hair dping? If you can't use Propecia, you should be on something to help slow the loss of your remaining hair, but I am sure you were aware of that. Have you thought about using any topicals such as Spiro? Or even something like Tricomin that Jacob brought up?

I am sure you have already come upon this, but if you haven't check out the Wikipedia page on AA: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Alopecia_areata In cases where there is severe hair loss, there has been limited success treating alopecia areata with clobetasol or fluocinonide, steroid injections or crea...
