Use a conditioner if you feel it helps but perhaps not daily.

When your is hair is drying out and starting to become limp - its a sign that you may need to use topical to re-energise cell production.

HAIR STABIL TONIC contains Piroctone Olamine"

I know that PTO combined with Tea tree oil in a shampoo is a pretty good combo.

I have a feeling we are close to seeing a VERY effective topical coming to market in the next year or so - things will start to get interesting :)

If your scalp is being dried out - it suggests that the ingredients maybe too harsh or just may need to have some breaks.

Condtioners may block the follicle more than it is so I personally woundnt use one.

Your using pretty abstract words so im not sure what you mean.

Internally you should aim to reduce DHT via :

1) reduced stress levels
2) reduce DHT
3) reduce saturated fats and sugars

Think about its active ingredient :

1) it boost Nitric oxide
2) dilates bloodvessels

Minoxidil doesnt seem to regenerate the damage caused in MPB - this is what is missing.
