I am curious if a laser treatment is already enough to address moderate hair thinning or should one go for hair transplant early on to address the problem early on?

Is laser therapy a good adjunct therapy for hair transplant?
I would like to know if anyone here has tried it, and if it is worth getting into after HT?
I read some info about it, but I would like to hear from someone who had the experience.

How does LLLT fare compared to hair transplant?

I am seriously considering hair transplant with doc andrew kim of aihr, but I also came across LLLT, so what I'd like to know is how effective is it in providing results? what are the pros and cons of this treatment? Is it more efficient than HT?
