Though, I have never used it but I think if you use it at a room temperature, there shouldn't be any issues as such. Contact the Theradome professionals as they can give you the right solution.

There are a number of things you can do to get rid of dandruff at home.
Take a bowl of curd and mix 1 lemon juice. Apply it to the scalp and leave it for an hour. Wash with mild shampoo. It will remove all the dandruff at once.

As far as I think. If you term it as 'hair loss' you get to see hair around right? So do you find your hair draining while bathing or combing? If not then it can't be hair loss.
