I noticed hair loss at a young age and was into using products such as Rogaine and Minoxidil. However I never really noticed a great improvement whilst on either of these products, and decided to come off of them, as they were costly and not successful. I saw further hair loss after doing so. Yes, olive oil is very good for the health of the hair - but too much will make the skin and hair too greasy and cause breakouts.

I was taking a vitamin supplement to encourage hair growth... It did slightly improve the thickness of my hair but I was taking the pills for four months before I noticed a slight change, and I took the supplement for a year. As they were expensive I decided to come off of them, but I would say diff...

Unfortunately I also noticed hair shedding during the use of Minoxidil... and it turned out that it was the drug that was causing it...so I would recommend to slowly wein yourself off of it and find an alternative treatment.

Telogen effluvium is unlikely to occur at such a young age. How is your hair going at the moment? If I were you I would go to a trichologist.

I think I may have found a company that ethically sources hair.
