I'm in month 5 and so far my loss has stopped, and my hair is thicker: my scalp is much less visible than 6 month ago (for SURE!)
I have no regrowth at this time, but these results are already enough for me.
I don't have the pictures to prove it, and even if I had regrowth i'm sure I couldn't prove ...

We're late January now, and in the past I used to have 1 or 2 colds by this time of the year.
But for the 1st time in my life (i'm 40) i got no cold / no flu / nothing this year, while all members of my family got ill at least once.
I put it on magnesium and vitamin C pills i'm taking everyday, but ...
