On the red wire pulled out ones, you can take the red wire connected to your wiring harness and have it connect to the brass body of the diode and make it work that way. That should help you out with a few of them at least.

That depends on the laser being used and what wire is pulled out. What do you mean by pulled out? I am assuming you mean that the end that attaches closest to the laser diode is broken. Well if you are using the lasers most people are using( brass bodied Aixiz 650 nm 5mw), and the red wire is the on...
