Re: LLLT does not work

He doesn't respond because he's tired of the negativity and fighting the naysayers. To be honest, he didn't even want to sell helmets at the start. All he wanted to do is start his website, show people how to make it and then disappear but he received such an overwhelming response, he decided to mak...

Re: Laser users post 6 months with Helmet

If you're doing everything nutritionally correct (magnesium oil and you exercise and eat relatively healthy) are using clay for your head to ensure cleanliness and are still shedding 2+ months into the LLLT treatment. Consider tapering your treatments. I use the helmet 4 times a week 10-12 minutes Monday and Tuesday, take Wednesday off, laser Thursday and Friday 10-12minutes and take the weekend off. I typically use the clay as a topical, at minimum, two of these days and preferrably the first day of the two day set, along with some emu oil.

You guys can fight each other all you want and I know all most of you want is honesty and to have your hair back but we have to work together here and go rationally. If you talk things out with us, we'll help you find solutions. If you start %&$! because of a lighting issue, you're wasting time. What do his results give YOU anyway? Nothing. Find what works for YOU! Who gives a damn about his results frankly. They're great for him but not you or me. If you shed massively, look back at what you do, find things to improve on and tinker with and change the formula until something works. Don't get impatient like Jimmy Clausen with 1 second left and miss your receiver. Ouch! The bad thing is, I like ND!

Re: Laser users post 6 months with Helmet

How are we going to get something we can run with, if users post pictures, who have decreased time length? We're going to get the same debate on the pictures. How about this: We all do nothing, be afraid of sheds forever, throw all optimism out the window, put our egos out there for everyone to see,...

Re: Laser RESULTS from OMG style 300+ diode helmet

You know, I looked back, at the pictures, after I made that statement and did notice they were different pictures. I did see continued improvement for you! That's great! I thought about backtracking but figured, what the hell, I may as well see what he says...

Thanks for posting the results!

Re: Laser RESULTS from OMG style 300+ diode helmet

Good results Hairisgood! That picture was taken at 4 months, yes? I think that's when it was first posted on the LLLT testimonial page: http://www.regrowth.com/hairloss-forums/viewthread.cfm?f=1&t=24421 What has happened since you posted the picture on 7/19/09? More? Less? The same? Could you take a...

Re: 6 Month Results with LLLT.....Pictures

Laserfish-I shouldn't have singled you out by yourself. Everyone bickering, please stop! Laserfish was defending his product and if someone attacked my product, I would be defending it, as well. I personally, think your product is a bit weak. However, I think OMG's is a bit strong. I think the laser...

Who gives a damn where you are Lazerfish! Shut the hell up! You're hurting the process from people, who genuinely want to find a solution. #$%! off!

Re: 6 Month Results with LLLT.....Pictures

Would you all quit bickering and/or licking each others balls in apology? This is supposed to be about helping people with hairloss from both psychological damage as well as physical appearance. All this drama does is hurt the entire process. If the shedding is fake, then please, not it the hell off...

Re: More Dht is better? theory

I guess my point was more to point out that no one really knows exactly what DHT is or what it's used for. Finasteride blocks the receptor, we all know that. But what happens in it's place and what is DHT used for in the first place. It's in the brain and used for proper muscle growth. I should've b...

Re: Trying to decide if your diodes are too hot

Completely normal for your hair to get warm while/after LLT, guys. If your hair dries out, try a moisturizing shampoo. Aveda has a moisturizing shampoo/conditioner combo in a very blue container. I use that every 3rd day or so. It really really moisturizes, so only use as needed.

Re: More Dht is better? theory

Keep in mind doctors just realized that your body uses your appendix for emergencies of extreme inflammation. I don't think it has much to do with hair loss, although it would be interesting to do a study of hairloss, related to inflammation and those, who have or do not have an appendix, since ther...

Re: LLT HELP

FYI, I was playing around with emu oil on a slick spot and intentionally was trying to overstimulate it. I now know what the sunburned sensation is. It's exactly that, sunburned. So, if it doesn't feel like you've been baking in the sun, it probably isn't overstimulated. I would like some help with ...

Re: LLT HELP

I would simply cut back to 17 minutes for 3 sessions and see how you respond. If you quit LLLT, you won't receive any benefits.

Re: LLT HELP

Norweigan: I've had the mildly ithy feeling but never felt sunburned. The itchy usually came the next day but never directly afterwards and was never overly itchy, meaning that I notice it, scratch and forget it for hours and it never feels uncomfortable. Is that overstimulation? Seems like there is...

Re: LLT HELP

Now, if you're calm, look at what you're doing with LLLT. Does your skin feel sunburnt after you're finished or does your hair feel "sore"? Sunburnt is bad but sore is good. It's pretty easy to tell the difference, once you know what the difference is. You know the stiff, achy feeling you get after ...

Re: LLT HELP

I'm in the same boat, only been using LLLT for a few weeks now. From what i've been reading, it's normal to go through a shed about 1.5-2months in. Make sure you're topped off on mag oil and nutrients and washing your scalp. Try and keep the skin as healthy as possible. Try emu oil, as well. That pr...

Re: Magnesium Oil questions

Quick question for hapyman. Do you have to wash the mag oil off? I just bought the stuff and although i've read how to use it, the directions don't mention washing it off. Bear101-I bought my mag oil from puremagoil.com. I talked to the sales guy there and they explicitly say there's no benefit to b...

Re: Propecia = Scary Sh*t

I think your explanation of DHT blockage to be the correct way finasteride works. What has me concerned are all these guys: http://www.propeciahelp.com/forum/ Not one of them has anything to gain by saying they have problems. I will agree that without knowing their specific circumstances, they could...

Propecia = Scary Sh*t

I'm new to the forums but have doing a lot of reading on Propecia, as I recently began taking it for my minor hair loss. The only reason I am writing this post is because I know there are a lot of people taking propecia and everyone needs to be educated about what i've found. I can always use more e...
