Re: My Elsom Topicals Review

Yeah, I'll probably pick up a elsom shampoo, I'm really liking T1 and T2.

I'm curious how he made that chart of when to apply which topical when. It's very sporadic. I hate applying T2 in the morning because that %&$! stiiiiiinks. :P

I'm debating about just doing T1 morning/T2 night. It's just that chart is so specific... very interesting.

Re: Vitamin E may reverse male pattern baldness: Study

I've been on Vit-E for about a month now. I take 1 Swanson Vit-E with toco. It's sort of hard to tell if it's working because I shaved my head (0-guard) about a month and a half ago. At that point, I also started 7+ daily vitamin plan, and recently Elsom T1 + T2. What I can say is that now that my h...

Re: My Elsom Topicals Review

Also, I know it's recommended to apply all elsom topicals on a clean scalp, but I find it somewhat tedious to shower before every applications. Do you guys have another solution or do you just buckle down and shower 2x a day?

Re: My Elsom Topicals Review

What shampoo do you guys recommend?

I use Keto 2% 1x daily, but I'm worried it might be a bit harsh on my scalp and hair.

Nothing against you Dr. Watt, but this was just too funny.

Re: @Elsom Topical Users

Hey guys.

Just got my T1 & T2 in the mail.

Elsom specifically says "use on a clean scalp" and "do not mix with any other topicals".

Will it cause an issue if I apply "Couvre" or "Toppik"?

Thanks jacob, now what I need to figure out is what's the best company to buy these suppliments from?

I know it's a huge debate as to which company creates the best suppliments. Opinions

Re: Looking to start a natural regime. recommendations please.

So I still don't have a Natural Suppliment List Yet

But this is what I've come up with so far.

1) Tocotrienol
2) Bio-Tin
3) Resveratrol
4) B-Complex
5) Magnesium Pills
6) Vitamin-D
7) Multi Vitamin With Saw Palmetto

I will also add Elson Terminal 1 + 2

Thoughts?

Re: Looking to start a natural regime. recommendations please.

jksl. My loss is diffuse, but becasue my hair is so thick, you can barely notice it. One can only notice recession on my temples and the bald spot in the back of my head. As for other stuff I'm dealing with: I have pretty bad back acne, my joints feel somewhat stiff and poppy, I'm tired often, sligh...

Re: shaving down to cueball (advice wanted)

na.

I just took the plunge. Surprisingly, I've had a few compliments. It feels good to be free! I shaved down to a 0-guard. Only bad part about it is that you lose a sense of your identity because you sort of look like every other bald guy out there.

Re: Looking to start a natural regime. recommendations please.

Elsom looks fantastic, but $460 is a lot of coin for a 6 month package. Do you recommend the Scalp Renewal Regimen Kit for Men? or just specific topicals? ------------- I was actually looking more internals. I take a mutli and mag pills right now, but I'd like to get on a more intense vitamin regime...

Looking to start a natural regime. recommendations please.

Hey guys, I've been looking to start a natural routine that will help assist me in stop loss. There is just too much information out there on suppliments, and it even gets more confusing when it comes to buying a specific branding (making sure you not only get the right suppliment, but a good qualit...

Re: Can a moderator be canned

At some point we have to realize that we are all on the same team.

There is no reason to pick sides. We are all in this together. We are all trying to fight the %&$!.

I've always liked jacob because he's a pessimist, which is exactly what we need in an industry filled with a whole bunch of baloney.

This goes to anyone on the forum trying to sell a product: mod or not. When you are trying to sell a product, and someone asks a question, answer it. I have no problem with anyone on this site making money if they PROVIDE value. OMG designed and built his Laser Messiah 2, he gives the COMPLETE guide on how to make it, but most of us don't have time or patience to go do it ourselves. He gives us value.

If a mod designs a topical or anything and proves it to be effective, then I'm all for them trying to sell it, but they first have to prove it's worth, and that involves answering questions and showing results (by any means possible).
