LLLT?......NEXT?

This post is for those coming up on a year with zero or not so good results with LLLT. Just wanted to get your ideas as to what you might try next.

Tootall,
Nice job! Looks like it's working.

1- Are you taking any topicals or internals?
2- How many months have you been using your helmet?

Thanks, NQ

Nope...I ended up ordering a pre build 250 helmet from OMG. This has come to my mind as well...what if there was such a thing as "bad" or "non-calibrated" lasers out there? Jambap...welcome, Some questions for you: 1)Did you notice an improvement right out of the gate? Or did it get any worse or did you get shedding before it got better? If so....what months? 2) Which minox are you on and how often? 3) If you could detail your protocol for us....are you taking anything...

Here is a thought... If minox and LLLT cancel each other out and I've been on LLLT for 4 months THEN this would make the minox non effective for the last 4 months as well as LLLT. If this is true then it would explain my major shed at 4-5 months in, right on track with the typical timeline of sheddi...

This is what I'm going to do unless I'm convinced otherwise and it starts today:

May current baseline is 1mm in the morning.

Month 1 - .75ml daily
Months 2-4 - .50ml daily
Month 5 - 6 switch to 2%

The rest of my life - Zero Minox.

Any thoughts?

So if this is true, then those of us on LLLT with minox are screwed! Stop taking minox and get a major shed and go bald. Stay on it and get no results from LLLT. There may be some truth to this, and I really DO want to get off Minox, but every time I present this subject to those who have gone off i...

So if one were to cut back on Minox to nothing, would you do it daily but cut down on the amount....OR....keep the same amount or cut back on the days.
My thinking was it would be less of a shock to keep a daily routine, just cut back on the dosage.
