I had been taking it in the evening about 15 to 30 minutes prio to eating dinner. I'm kind of afraid to take it earlier in the day because it might put me to sleep in the afternoons. Have you found one yet? I have an Aquasana shower filter on mine currently, but it doesn't say anything about filtering out fluoride. It filters chlorine, and other elements according to their website but it doesn't mention fluoride.
