I think addressing SD topically is a waste of time. Internally is your best bet. Believe it or not, even foods like chicken are often recommended to avoid.
Mostly you need to examine your diet. Vinegar, cheese, chicken, tomatoes, certain spices, sugar, yeast - which means most breads, condiments ...

I thought I read a thread a few days ago discussing az acid, there were about 6 or 7 responses and I remember seeing a post from OMG. There is a thread on the first page about 20% aa but that's not the right one.
