hey guys, so 5 applications in, and about 5 to go. Shedding is up and MPB Itch is up too. Lots of itching lately, which i don't like as it makes me shed more. I shed at least 20 hairs per application, even after my shower. Hair is looking worse, but its still the beginning phase, so we shall see how...

I used A&G the first time around and didn't really see any visable results. At most, maybe it slowed down my shedding, though that only lasted for 1 - 2 months. Alright guys, I've managed to control the itch using:

Curcumin
Resveratrol
Tocotrienols
Panthothenic Acid
Biotin

And my shampoo is by Avalon Organic made with Olive oil and flax seeds. Scalp is finally under control! :)

Alright guys..

Did my first app 2 days ago and was surprised at how much I shed during the application. Probably about 40 something hairs, and this was after a shower.

Today I did my second app, and I shed only about 20 hairs!

I'm hoping my next app is even lower and it continues that way.

Yea I hear you, it can be tough. I think I'm gonna do the dropper thing. I'm not sure if you should have your hair wet or damp, because on the A&G site, the instructions says to dry hair first. But since its only 5 apps, perhaps you'll thank yourself later : )

Things are progressivly getting better. Scalp is less visable and hair is still thicker then before A&G. Shedding is non existant and hair and scalp feel so much better.
