Drop coffee and sodas and go for Some sort fo tea. Green Tea is a prime choice.
Gym when you can
A few cold beers to relax
Frequent sex (with someone else in the room)
Avoid to much News (anyone ever relaxed when they watch the news ...

I use TIGI moisture maniac conditioner after I use T/SAL and Nizoral (seperate days.)

No it's not true. It's one of the countless hairloss myths.

The only thing remotely close to that theory is total haircounts by haircolor.

Blond people have more hairs, red heads the least. I think the difference is around 10k hairs.

I dont think the hair shed is from the proscar but more from the Minox your using. Minox sheds your hair that is already in the resting stage. It pretty much sheds hair that is already gonna be shed but at a faster rate. Once all those hairs that are in resting stage are gone, you should grow up ...

There is no use taking both at one time.

Take finasteride first for one year before thinking of taking DUT.

Finasteride takes about 4 months to one year to see results.

Do not worry if it takes time. Hairloss is not an easy thing to reverse. Please be do not worry.
