In my opinion, use the 15% at night and leave it overnight. Wash it out in the morning. Use the 5% Xandrox in the morning.
why he must wash them in the morning if he must use xandrox 5% in the same time?
can't he apply xandrox 5% without washing the hairs?

yeah i used it two years ago with good results :)
it's very efficient and useful for the scalp (if u have not long hair ehehehe)

no problems Sam ...returning to the shampoos...there are many many shampoos that does not contain SLES or SLS, but this does not imply that those shampoo (without sles or sls) are delicate or less harmful or less damaging than one which contains Sls or Sles ... it depends much by the combination of ...

cyberelia u (mmmhh farmacist is better :P :P ) can do a lotion with these ingredients:

-Melatonin 0.5%
-Caffeine 1%

-Vitamin E 0.5% or lipoic acid 0.5% (Add these if u want, not necessary but useful)

-glycerine 10 ml
-Alcohol 60/70 until 100 ml
