Hi John, First, welcome to the forums - and apology for the delayed reply. Second, your story is not unusual at all. Pattern baldness can be handed down from either side of your family (mom or dad's side). If you're thinning in the crown, my guess is you are probably suffering from the beginning of ...

Hi there and welcome, Yes, laser therapy is a good adjunct therapy for hair transplant patients. However, make sure you discuss this with your doctor who will be performing the hair transplant. At least initially after you get a hair translant, until the follicles start growing, I would not recommen...

Hey Natasha, Sorry for the late reply here. I'm using the Kirkland brand minox 5% foam. Still using it since my last update. So I have been back on Kirkland minoxidil, the foam based one. Have stuck with it for about 3 months straight now. I have found that if I apply it once a day, after my shower in the morning, I don't get any noticeable irritation or inflammation, and it also doesn't "grease" up my hair, the way the o...

I think it also helps with inflammation / itching. At least when I use it I feel like my scalp skin is more ... calm? Best way to put it. Only need a tiny amount. Like 1 drop of the pure essential oil. Even less. Absorbs quickly. But easy to massage into entire scalp.
